Weather & Availability
Winter service availability depends on weather conditions, scheduling and equipment availability. We'll do our best to reach you, but we can't guarantee service at a specific time.
Heavy Snowfall & Freezing Rain
Heavy snowfall and freezing rain can affect arrival times. During major storms we work through our schedule as conditions and crew safety allow.
Snowfall Triggers
Scheduled service is triggered once snowfall reaches the accumulation depth set out in your quote or agreement. We confirm the trigger with you before service begins.
Additional Visits
Additional visits during or after a storm may incur extra charges depending on your agreement (urgent additional visits: +$25–$50). We'll explain how repeat visits are handled before you sign up.
Payment
Payment terms (per visit, monthly or seasonal) are agreed in advance and confirmed in your quote or agreement. Payment is due as stated in that agreement.
Cancellations
Deposits are credited toward your final invoice and are non-refundable if a booking is cancelled. Cancellation and refund terms are confirmed before you pay. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel service.
Salting & Ice-Control Limitations
Salting and ice-control treatments help reduce ice build-up but can't guarantee ice-free surfaces. Results depend on temperature, precipitation and the surface, and re-application may be needed and may incur additional charges depending on your agreement.

On-Call Snow Removal & Priority Winter Services
Raj Lawn Care may be available for on-call snow removal outside regular scheduled services, including evenings, weekends and during heavy snowfall, depending on availability.
Need extra clearing outside your regular schedule? Contact us to request additional snow clearing when needed.
Evening, weekend and other after-hours requests may be available for an additional fee.
Requests for urgent snow removal during or after major snowfalls may be accepted, depending on availability.
Request priority scheduling for an additional charge, subject to availability.
On-call, after-hours, emergency and unscheduled visits cost extra compared with standard scheduled services. The fees are listed below.
